Overall info:
I'm now a lvl 20 Clever Fighter and hadn't learned the mining skill yet.
Bug Description:
Fails to learn the skill, with the error message "Failed to learn the skill."
Possible circumstances:
First time I tried to learn the skill I just entered the Gold Hill KQ.
But afterwards I tried again, this time I was on my ride and failed yet again. Then I got off my ride and failed again. 1s (which was sadly about 50% of my money) gone.
So I'm still without the mining skill on my Fighter. Quite a pain ^_^
