Couple Questions

So I'm new and I have a couple questions.

1. I have encountered this just now my WT ran out and is in red is that a problem, if so how do i fix it.

2. how do i request for a player to join a party????:confused::D

your weight is controlled by how much your carrying, and there is a quest that will give you a letter that weighs a ton so that you have to walk slow all the way to deliver it. If that is the case, just put the letter into the little garbage can, then remove the quest from your quest list. Or you could finish the quest of course. As for party, I believe you can use /invite playersnamehere to do it, or right click on a person to do it.
