Apoline is one of Fiesta's Servers on which you play the game. There are currently 3 servers you may choose to play on. Teva, Apoline, or Bijou. There are no major differences between them just different players and such. Also you may hear Apoline referred to as Appleline from time to time, don't worry its just an nickname for it. :3

and when starting game do you have to wait to confir in email? cause i keep getting a ?! thin pop up twice after i try logging in

You can use your username or your email to log in, but the error is being caused by something else. This thread should inform you on it.
