my char wont work

when i log on my char is just standing there and the whole thing is frozen i cant even move the mouse and i have to restart the whole comp this problem only effected my lvl 38 fighter my other chars are all ok. can you plz fix this problem?

were u in a guild if so u probably got banned then ur character will freeze 4 about a week then it will work again
