Antidote Tier3 is bugged?

ok after a long search I didnt find anything about this...
I just bought Antidote Tier3 recipe from Nina in Eld...I have enough skill point to learn it, but it keeps saying me 'you already have the skill'! :O
I took a screenie to show it:

There is a typo in the recipe description, but nothing really unusual, it's the same for antibiotics/antitoxins and I've been able to learn it anyway.
I want to know if someone else have the problem, the bug hadn't been reported yet... if it's a bug.
And if u think I'm doing something wrong, please, just tell me. :)

umm...if u haven't noticed the antidote/antibiotic/antitoxin etc from the regular skill peeps that say t2 are really t1...and the t3 from nina are really t2...not sure if that's what's wrong tho...

I make them and tested actually what it means is a Antidote T2 can cure poison uo to T3. So those T3 poison from procks and Vampire bats can be cure using T2 antidote from Nina

mmmm....jems is referring to the production skill scrolls...not which tier poison from mons they can cure >.< which was answered in meh last post >.<

Ofc i talk abt the production scroll -.- actually i talk abt the description

Jems posted abt typo in Tier 3 antidote description, what i meant is that the description is trying to explain the antidote from the skill cure up to T3 poison and not making T3 antidote...
