scroll down! i bet ive told this to a thousand noobs right now! about 20 secounds before the kingdom quest begins it moves to the bottom of the list and change from "On Schedule" to "Recruit", so all you have to do is to scroll down!!!! hope you understood that..

Actually, I've been having a problem on Bijou with the server's internal clock being one minute off from the actual time displayed. Maybe that's the problem here too?
