You are correct, I am not a CL nor do I have the powers. However, this person warrented a stern response given they were ignoring their posts and continually making new ones (3+ created threads).

Usually when CLs are on, I will PM them or MSN them current issues that may be needing attention (they deal with a lot day to day).

Please do not post multiple threads for the same topic (this is considered spamming as Jhanniss has mentioned above), and please post in the proper forum section, in this case in Fiestas troubleshooting section.

in addition, you should contact the helpdesk for help if you can't figure out what program is interfering with your x-trap.
