You might need to reinstall.

When the patcher loads fully, what shows up in the screen? Fiesta or SoS?

If I actually go run my Outspark launcher from my launcher file, Fiesta will pop up, and I don't even have Fiesta, and it'll go on into letting me login, but after I hit Login it'll pop up the same "obsulete launcher" message, however if I use the launcher on my desktop it'll pop up with SoS and work properly.

I posted this in another topic, but I "think" it might apply here as well.

First, hit "Start" to pop up your menu, then go to "Run."

From there, put "this" into the Run Program box:
"C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe" --run solstice

Now, you "might" have to change some of that to reflect your drives, because you might not have a C:\ drive for it could be called a F:\ drive or something, just check your drivers letters and where you installed it and try that. If it does work then problem solved for the time being, if not I suppose you could post that it didn't and try to get help from a CSR. Good Luck at any rate, I hope it helps.
