Of course! ^_^

Go to Skill Master Ruby and buy skills from her like Slice & Dice!

Close the store and right click it to learn!

Open up you Skills and click to your Slice & Dice and drag it to your hot bar at the right side of your window or wherever you moved it lol! ^_^

Now you are ready to use your Slice and & Dice in fight; just right click the icon when fighting and that's it! ^_^
