bow enhancement???

why do alot of archers have massivy enhanced bows???

and should i do it with a level 8 archer or wait til 15???

please tell me

Actually it's pretty 'useless' until your 40's. You level fairly fast 20-30 to invest in a nicely enhanced bow. If you do KQs and happen to get one, great but I wouldn't try to do it myself until around that level. Plus it can cost 100s+ to enhance... and you probably would like to keep that for armours and skills rather than possibly breaking a good weapon.

If you have the money always have a +9. It's a great investment that sells well when you upgrade to the next weapon type. I always had a +9 xbow from 20-40 and then I switched to +9 bows. Needed a change of pace and I think they're slightly better pve and a lot better pvp

Don't enhance untill you're at least lv30, but I suggest lv40+. You level fairly quickly before then, and it's really hard to sell a lv20 or lv30 enhanced bow for the price you deserve. People at that level usually don't have enough money, and even when someone is playing on his/her alt, they don't want to invest too much money on a weapon that will outgrow its use in a few weeks.

You have to use a lix that matches the weapon level. For weapons useable by chars Level 1-20, the weapon level is 1. To enhance them, you use Tier 1 elrue, lix, xir. Above that, Weapons(and armor) go to a level 2 - you have to use Tier 2 elrue, lix, xir. If it says that your weapon level isn't high enough, you may be trying to use a Tier 2 lix with a level 1 weapon.
