What NPCs needs these two items

Talk to the lady at the Guild office. Click Quests, then click News about son. Then go to the crazy old man.
Letter = 10,000 kron
Diary = 6,000 kron
You can do it once every 24 hours (a timer will pop up once you finish it).

Look on the main page for all people who are currently online. The GM's will be highlighted a diff color. Click their names and in their profile send them a message
