I assume they are sort of like the job change quests, but more minor.

No clue. Ask in SKiNG's post "It's that time again...", he's letting us ask him questions during the downtime.

Around level 8 or so, you get a quest that needs to be completed by level 10. If you do, your reward is a premium item. Same goes for level 20 and level 30. At this time, level 31+ can not go back and complete the quests. This may change in the future but no guarantees.

Good. I'd count that as insentive to move to Epith, (since my Teva characters wouldn't be able to do all of them, yet. I like the sound of it.

create a new char. Not too hard to get a char up to lvl 30

Very nice idea. Gives the newer players a taste of what it's like to have premium items. The first one's free, but the rest will cost ya... ;-)

items from acheivement quests are not tradable and at lvl 30 , u get 10 stat reset scrolls :)
