Quest problems.....

Hey there guys. I gotta tell ya these quest are pretty damn hard.

Where the hell can I get "Sweet Potatoes"? The Solstice Trainer says I can get them from the Veggie Shop girl, but the Veggie Shop girl says I don't have the items she requires..

I am obviously very confused, can somebody help me please? Thanks

(its the "Healing Information about Pet" quest)
