well, ive just become lvl 20 and changed my title to hawk archer, then i bought hard leather armor... but somehow, i cant equip it, it says i need to be lvl 20 and hawk archer or higher, but im already lvl 20 and a hawk archer!.. help me please, could this be a bug or something? hmmm~ thanks in advance~

Simple, you're lvl 20, but not hawk archer yet. You need to do the class change quest to become hawk archer and be able to equip your newly bought gears.
See your skill master in elderine to start the quest.
