Okay, Well today I downloaded the game and I get no errors but every time I log into game it doesn't go to the servers it exits the program completely! I was a CB1 tester! and Iv'e been playing CB2 also, I just switched computers and it's not working =(. So please Help me!!!

try PMing one of the GMs or search around the forums a little bit. also if one of the GMs see this they'll ask you to post your system specs, so you might want to do that.

Did you do download the new client? Meaning not using the client from cb1.
If so, that would be your problem probably.
Otherwise you may want to check out this sticky.

I actually get no errors at all. It will let me log in but it doesn't go to the servers it just exits the program completely and yeah i do have DirectX 9.0

try re-downloading a fresh copy of the client....but befor you do that...you have to uninstall and deleate all of the stuff that has to do with the old one....you cant just go into add and delete programs..you have to delete the folder in program files...when you do that....let me know...during that time i will think of anything else that might help you....

Okay well I have unistalled/ or deleted everything to do with the old client and retried like a million times lol no like 6 times and it's still happening! but thanks for your advice

Ok Tater bug51...plzz fill out this information the best you can with the best detail you can so i can better help you.....
1. Did you download the new installer/launcher?
2. Were you a CBT1 tester?
3. Are you able to launch/play the game?
4. Brief Description of the problem - Lagging you say? Do you get kicked out, any errors or such?
5. Name of any anti-virus software and type of firewall you may have
(ex: &quot;I have MacAfee and I run ZoneAlarm too&quot; or &quot;AVG Anti-virus and I
have Windows firewall activated&quot;)
6. Please run DxDiag (Start&gt;Run&gt;dxdiag&gt;OK...check System,
Display and Sound tabs for the following, and post it back here:
Operating System (Exact version, also is it an English Language version or something else?)
Processor
Memory
Page File
DirectX version (needs to be 9.0c!)
Display Device Name
Approx. Total Memory
Display Device Driver Version (ex: 6.14.xxxx.xxxx)
Sound Device Name
Sound Device Driver Version (ex: 5.10.xxxx.xxxx)

is it like this...
you open the client, type your login and pas, and press play. then the launcher closes itself out, or does it get to the actual screen?
