Help me please...

I have this problem, I can access into SoS create char... and everything but when I've recieved ticket and warp to meet SoS trainer game.After warp it show blackscreen and blink cursor on the bottom without chatbox.I can play the game but it all black :( . I have re-installed for 5 times and re-download client.I want to play this game very much.Please help me :(

Have you updated your video card drivers?

Pretty much sounds like your graphic cards are not functioning with the game, which means you dont have the minimum requirements on you PC for the game.
