I hear that the success rate for enhancing has dropped since CB1. Is this true? If so, will it ever go back up?

Hasn't anyone play CB1 and CB2?
Another question: When CB2 ends will we lose our account/players? When CB3 is going to begin, will CB2 players be able to use their same accounts?

^ Yes, because there are players who have CB1 only hair which is easily noticed.

The enchance rate is the same, i've been testing it out a bit and no changes have been noticed.
