Question about stat reset scrolls!!!

A friend want to buy me stat reset scroll because he got too much sparkcash to spend.
My question is : is it possible for him to give my the stat reset scroll from his character to mine?
He doesn't need stats reset scrolls but me, I did a wrong build and put some point in stats that is useless.
Can someone knows if people can sell stats reset scrolls to other people or do i have to buy it myself?

As far as I know, you cannot transfer these items between characters. So you would have to buy them from the cash shop yourself to use them.

Its impossible to transfer. Its shown at FAQ from Spark Cash also
