Get to level 20 and talk to warrior master marty in elderine. Keep going through the quest until you are asked to go to forest of mist and talk to the old guy near the pond. :D

He'll ask u to go to the "Shadow Dungeon".

Um, I'm not entirely sure why you posted on this thread, nor why you posted what you did post. Yay for having an archer and enjoying it, but it's typically bad etiquette to post on a thread that is more than two weeks old. A thread that was started in 2007, necroed in June of 2008, and hasn't been posted on since July 2008 should remain un-posted on. I'm fairly certain at this point, the individual has either passed their job change or quit the game.

The level 20 job change is a bit different now than it was in 2007 when this thread was first posted. (Okay, the change only came recently, but >.>)

Talk to Roumenous in Roumen who should send you to Shutian in Elderine who will, in turn, send you to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mists. There's no more Shadow Key, either.
