SKings answer:

"Yes."

"Ok this is the final message about this issue.

DO NOT BLAME THE GMS.

DO NOT BLAME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THESE PEOPLE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ISSUE OR DECISIONS MADE WITH THE BURNING ROCK ISSUE.

You can blame me because I made the tough situation to remove the rewards. It is simply MORE unfair to those who worked hard without the BR quests. While the numbers show a great amount of users who completed the quest, there is no comparison to the amount of players who DID NOT do the quest. Especially the high level players, I would expect you to understand. You worked so hard to reach that level and you would gladly let others jump 40 levels? And no we can not remove exp rewards only to those who took advantage of the quest. Unless you want a 3 day maintenance... This decision made was the most effecient method we could do.

Understand that in order to keep a balance, tough decisions like this have to made when an issue of this magnitude occurs. Yes there will be angry players and time wasted, but this is the best decision for the situation.

I did not expect to be here for another 12 hour work day to miss yet again time with my son. But hey, things happen and it's life. You live another day..."

ok now, ***!?!?

so its fair that these ppl who went from lvl 1 to lvl 30 get to keep the extra stat and skill points, but its unfair to the people who lvld without the BR quest? how in the blue hell is that balance?? if this is the BEST decision for the situation then this game is ****'d beyond all hope.

He corrected himself already, he was reading a bit fast. Everything will be reset, except armor that still is on you will remain on you until you remove them and skills will stay w/ your character... everything else will be reset. Get over it already, what done is done and it has been finalized.

Stat points are not kept...
the only thing you keep is your skills that you have equipped and your armor that you have equiped. if you loose lvl you loose lvl, but only the quest reward which is the xp, silver, and uruga scroll. If you've used the silver or the scroll than lucky you.

As for anything else, just hope you were smart and equipped what you bought. Any quests you did when you lvl'd still count as being done as far as I've read. Any mobs killed on that map still count too.. even the mobs you killed to do the quest count. Just not the reward.

well since i wasnt here for the umteen other times, i apologize for having "missed it" but you answered Bjorli's question with a "yes" leading myself and many other to believe that these people would be allowed to keep the extra stat and skill points.

on the other hand, i still do not see how allowing them to keep purchased skills/weapons/armour/anything else makes things balanced

I still don't understand this part. It makes it sound like everyone will be losing 1.3mil exp (which isn't possible), or there will be a rollback (which supposedly there won't be).

I'm so confused!

If it really means the way I read it, then that would be all screwed up. It's almost as if he's saying they can do it, they just don't want to. Don't do things half way please, you've pissed off a lot of players. You can either do things to the finish and **** them off, or do things half assedly and **** them off. =|
