I hope i misunderstood, but am i to understand a lvl 40 player could be rolled back to say lvl 23 after the rewards from the br quest is taken away, and keep all of their stat points? Then continue to gain more stat points? Meaning when they reach my lvl they will have 17 more stat points then me?

if that is the case i don't think I'll be bothering with this game anymore if some low lvl punk is going to be more powerful then me regardless of what i do.

If i was am wrong about what sking actually said plz correct me, answers would be appreciated ty
