Now i don't know if this has been brought up and whether it is a bug but there are no empowerment points for every lvl up as stated in the newbie guide. i was here from CB1 and thought this ought to be pulled into perspective to save confusion with new players and testers. this quote is from the newbie guide on lvllin up</font>
