Question about "WizMage" title and armour.

Well, I joined a few days ago and, being a magic lover, created a Mage.
Not 10 minutes ago I lvl'd up to 20 and got the "Wiz Mage" title. Yay! I went and bought the lvl 20 WizMage armour but I can't wear it. I just wanna know why. I feel as if I wasted 4s. D:
