Membership Dues:

I am requesting that Members help me with the up-keep of the Guild by paying 5 silver a week into a fund. The purpose of this fund will help you to obtain the Green Gear, skills and various other supplies you need to advance in the game. This is just a request for now but, I will make it manditory if I find that I am broke and with out any funds when Guild Member supplies are needed. The cost to me is increasing as each of you obtain higher levels. When I started the Guild it was only costing me 20 silver a week for supplies and that was not much. I am now spending over 150 silver a week for you if only two or three of you levels up and I can not do this by my self any more. Please be generous. If you decide to purchase silver for your self please don't get ripped off! Use a reputable company that is fair, safe, and reliable. I use ogpal.com but that is me and you need not use that company if you chose to buy silver but I have found them to be fast, fair and honest. (I am not an ogpal rep and I am not affiliated with them in any way. I am just a satisfied customer.)

If you have plenty of your own silver and no longer need Guild funds from me let me know and I wil exempt you from dues only as long as you do not ask me for silver. Lastly, I would ask that you give me any gear that you can't use for your Characters. This will go a long way towards reducing Guild cost for Gear. You all know me and know that I have been very giving to you all. Please, help me to continue to provide you with the supplies, Green or Enhanced Gear, Skills, Scrolls, etc. that keep us successful while we are out ther helping others.

Guild War's:

Lately, other Guilds have been waring with us! I created this Guild for the purpose of peace and it will remain that way. There will not be any exceptions. We do not participate in Guild Wars unless it is planed in advance and is completely friendly and not out of anger. If you dissagree with this policy you are free to leave the Guild at any time but if you do participate in an Guild WAR then you will be summarily dissmissed from the Guild. I will not hear argument's on this subject again.

Insubordination:

I absolutely HATE having to give orders. I would much rather have my requests followed willingly. I try to give much to every one in this Guild. I love giving. But, this team only works at all if we act as a team. Every successful team has a leader who makes decisions for the group. You may not agree with my decisions but they will be followed. They must be followed or we are not a team we are a mob. I don't want us to be a focusless mob of people who have no goals and no clear path. I do not think that my requests have been overly oppresive to any one. If you dissagree any decission or order that I give then you may take them up with your imediate superrior who will refer your complaint to me. Insubordination will not be tolerated against me or my officers.

To my Officers: Please, set the example for the rest of the Guild by comming to me and talking with me in private if you dissagree with any decission I make and follow the orders you dissagree with even if you dissagree with them until they can be addressed at the propper time. I do not expect that you will like every order that I give but this Guild, your friendship, and our time together is far more important to me than any dissagreement however, I can not and will not permit this Guild to become a mob, not ever. If you wish to do your own thing then let me know that you want to take a break. I realy have no problem with that and you may remain in the Guild and free from it's obligations. However, no one individual or group inside the Guild is more important than the Guild it self. Decissions pertaining to the Guild remain with in the perview of it's leadership. Insubordination will not be tolerated against me.

I believe that I have earned the trust and respect of each of you and I have worked hard to do everthing that I can for you. I am your servent. I server this Guild and every one in it. I will continue to Fight as hard as I can every day for you. This Guild however, is the servant of peace and I am responsible for keeping us all thogether on that path.

Please, read this notice and consider it carefuly. It is your character and your time here in this game. Make it the best expierence you can. If it does not include this Guild then please let it include me. If you choose to leave the Guild then do not think that that in any way lessens my friendship for you. I will always help you. I will always be there for you with the power and strength of this Guild to support you in the principles of love, friendship, hope and peace.

Yeah... I am kind of getting the same vibe here... O_o;

And it seems you are making this guild bank to have something to fall back on to if you eventually go broke. I mean I am not here to justify your actions but do other guild member(s) get to use this bank too? Or does it sort of belong to you... because you're master? Whichever, I hope you keep in mind the best interest of others.

If they chose to then that is up to them and I would that if they do buy silver that they do so from a trust worthy supplier. I know that this company is one that is fair and trust worthy and not a rip off.

So... first of all BUYING ANY TYPE OF SILVER OR GOLD IS AN INSTANT BAN! Get that through your head. Buying anything in game with real money besides Spark Cash is BAN BAN BAN! Whether or not it is a "trustworthy" site... And you as guild master is referring them to a site if they ARE going to buy silver? *sigh* And how the hell do you know that that company is trustworthy... Have you bought silver before or know someone that has bought silver from that site? ...ban. You're only pushing this farther you know that. You willingly send out PM's to everyone here saying that you will get us ban, threatening us? I smell a bit of hypocrisy.

I do apologize on my speculations but for my defense I didn't claim that you're promoting the buying of silver or a greedy guild master. I was getting that vibe, and you could have easily corrected me here rather than sending threatening PM's...



You are obviously not a Guild Master and have no idea how much REAL money it takes to maintain a Guild.

This really cut me because I WAS a guild master. Busou Renkin was my guild, I was the first generation Master. I know how to run a guild, don't question my ability as a leader. Sure it does cost money to run a guild but it is not so much that you would encourage the buying of silver! For all I know if someone in my guild was to buy silver I wouldn't lead them to a "trustworthy" site! I would ban them from the guild! It is not like you're going to die running a guild or go dead broke! If that is so why even manage one!



I swear that I will make sure that every Character you have GET's BANED if you do not remove your post.

You should better work hard for your money like we all does instead of using ur advantages of real life. Look at Tazer, joecracker2 and me. We dont use such BS to get our golds and we still gain them by working REALLY HARD.

Wow a confession, that makes my job very easy. Archangelfair everyone telling you that buying gold is bannable is absolutely right. Allow me to quote sections 'h', 'i' and 'v' of the ToS
h) You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit (including multi-level marketing and chain letters) through the Outspark Service. This covers any type of virtual assets available on or through the Outspark Service as well as other online games and any real world items.

i) You may not directly or indirectly encourage, incite, or direct other Outspark Members to violate the Outspark Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, or any applicable real world laws.

v) You may not intentionally accept a digital item or object that has been altered or otherwise manipulated outside of the Outspark Service. Outspark has the right to confiscate any such item(s) or object(s), without reparation, even if a player had no prior knowledge of the item's origin.

v DOES include gold buying.

I will further be invstigating your guild members now as well for any illegal gold purchases
