It said something about going to the Skill Book person because new skills have been opened to me. Is this an actual quest? I'd transcribe the words but when I bought one of those quest books, it refuses to work. ^^; I've never had this come up when I've lvled up to a point in which I got a new book. It seems... anticlimatic.
