Ok stupid question. I was wondering when you get the sparkgear. And some of them have +Fatal or +Skill Rate...what does that do? What does Skill Rate and Fatal do?

skill rate = skill casting speed
Break

Attack Rate = Attack Speed
Fatal = Critical Hit

I swear Skill Rate on spark cash gear = Skill critical... Not skill casting speed.
