its the Mythril Mines, in Brynild, after Luan Basin...

Unless you have a big party of at least level 45s and up I wouldn't suggest going in there...anyways after Luan Basin just keep going...it's about 10 or so maps in...

If you don't know where Luan Basin is, keep going west of Brynhilld Trisects... You'll go through these maps:
Brynhilld Trisects > Brunen Basin > Waimea Gorge > Death Valley > Routuer Valley >
Augilas Gorge > Mystra Hill > Mystra Basin > Luan Basin > Cyoren Forest
The mines entrance is located in Cyoren... But I think you shouldn't go there at level 30, 'cuz I went there at lv 41 (with big party) and died. xD
