Chatbox / Interface Problem

Since the patch update, the Chatbox has been flying around recently for some reason. On my fighter, I didn't get to lock his chatbox, and because of that, his flew somewhere out of screen, and now I can't view my chatbox.

Now normally, this can be remedied by clicking and unclicking the "Reset interface" option in the Game Setting window of the options.

However, months ago on my figher, the Game/Graphic/Sound window (they're connected) was dragged out of range. I tried for days to find a solution for this but eventually gave up and figured I can do without access to those settings, since I can still change them on my other characters. However, the chatbox I cannot. ><

I've tried everything, and I went through the entire troubleshoot section to see if anything can fix my problem, but to no avail. The main problem is that the data is serverside, and i cant simply reinstall or tinker with the client.

Now the only 2 ways I can fix this is if I can somehow find a shortcut key to reset my chatbox/interface on my fighter, or to somehow have another character's settings place on to my fighter, and follow up with resetting chatbox.

What I've tried:
-Reinstalling
-Making a new character and resetting it that way
-Choosing a character on a different server and resetting it that way
-Going on a different character to alter Resolution/Window Mode, and logging back to my fighter
-Asking my friend to log on my account

I honestly dont know what else to do, I believe I might need some server-side help.

Here is your solution: Open graphics options. Then click on your resolution, the one you currently have and hit apply. This will reset your interface and give you back your chat box.

This Menu is also hidden at him, he cant get into "Game options" and "Graphic options"

You mean when you hit the (i) key on the lower right no menu comes up? What about the escape key? Otherwise I'm unsure of how you are able to log out of the game. :o

Main menu pop up at him, but when he try go on the sub menus it dont work

I know, sounds weird, but apparently those settings are saved in temp. files.

The window for Graphics/Sound/Game is gone as well, therefore i cant change the resolution. The only way I can is if i go on a different account and change the resolution on there. Even then, the Game/Graphic/Sound setting will still be out of range.

Well, the Chatbox/Interface settings are all server side information, and not the client information. Meaning, if I restart, reinstall, have someone else play for me, or mess with the client files as much as i want, the specific character that has this problem will always have it. Besides, the graphics/games/sound setting dissappeared months ago. Now I dont usually restart/close my computer often, but I'm sure I did atleast once xD

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.^^ But I doubt there's anything I can do now except try and get a GM's help. PM'd Dakkon and Sking a couple of days ago, and no response yet.

Okay, in attempt to simplify the problem, is there anyway to reset the Game/Graphics/Sound setting window?
