I just wanted to let everyone know that i was leaving and let everyone know why. I did enjoy the community but that's not just what a game is. The protection is weak, if someone can hack into my account and delete a character, that does not bode well as to what would have happened if i had actually gotten sparkcash. I am tired of only the people who have sparkcash getting treated properly. You say that Adeline's B-day was not a mandatory event, and yet it was. It was a major character's B-day party and therefore should have been open to anyone who could go not just whoever could purchase a tux or whatever. I am tired of the endless drama that never stops. Someone will always be unhappy, and my choice is to leave so i don't have to deal with it. I thank you all for the past 3 months of entertainment, but now i bid you all farewell and i hope that you all have fun and take care of yourselves.

This is my first post and I have never talked to you directly, but I saw you in-game earlier giving away stuff and it threw me a bit. Not only because she knew many other players here who surley liked her and vice versa, but also because we are loosing someone who could fight with us against outsparks overprized store...

Your are right about "Someone will always be unhappy", and its those unhappy people who run straight to the forums to voice their opinions. Which is fine because, everyone is entitled to their opinions whether good or bad.

I'll let you in on a secret of how i make decisions in Secret of the Solstice.

What? Break listens to the players!?!?! OF COURSE HE DOESN'T then why this,why that, this is too high, and this sucks, or in Xenepic this is like this and that.

But what you don't realize is that...

What a person says "good job on sucking" to, 50 players in game think its great!

What another persona says is stupid, compares to "Xenepic" and then makes big statements to intelligently criticize the GM's and CSR's to make her look smarter, 200 players in a survey have said it was the best thing to do.

When 1 guy says "we expected more Outspark", 1000 other players are saying thank you for making the game easier

So for every 2000 players i make happy with updates, changes, and events, there will always be 20++ outspoken people who are not happy in the forums.

While i try my best i know that i cannot please everyone in the community, but i listen to the majority of the community an so far the majority is happy.Now that i have said this i am probably going to get replies like "show us proof!" or "Break is a liar!" or "so you are saying you don't care about us, only other people!".

So again Pepto! I'm sorry and there are a lot of great things coming in Secret of the Solstice and I hope you will stay. If not then maybe you can pm me and tell me how i can keep you and others in the game.

At first i used to be a total anti-outspark rebel. But as time went on, people like Break have opened my eyes on how it's impossible to please every single person as everyone is completely different from one another.

Sure there are still some things i disagree with, but what kind of weird world would this be if everyone agreed with eachother? It's just impossible.

Break and other well educated people have slowly changed my opinion about Outspark and helped me understand certain things through their comments.

So i salute you Break keep up the amazing work you do around here. Slowly if GMs and Players co-operate with eachother, we will have a bright and better future for our beloved SoS!

But wheter your ego will let you admit it or not, the GMs are doing a fantastic job around here and im glad that most of our needs are being acknowledged by the GMs and the Outspark team such as the exp issue. (All we needed was a little kick in the exp not a big leap so they handled it perfectly)

Wow out of all the things that are happening in SoS we have polls. The one about the birthday proves your *1000 people are happy* theory is wrong. The poll shows that they are not.

by the way, im pretty sure that Break's doing everything that he can to make this game as fun as it can be
and as an OB game, its heck of a lot better game than some other MMO's would ever be (my opinion -puts up flame shield-)

btw I've filled the survey too and personally I never heard ppl thought GMs did a bad work. It's just that fact of being refused when we wanted to have a good time with friends and to wish adeline happy birthday...kind of hurts.

This decision draws many negative effect so that I called it a pointless strategy at least a bad communication. (you should let adeline say something on her b-day & if your turnover did increase you can ignore me)

It's better to learn a lesson about customer relation process instead of complaining.

One more thing, I do appreciate that outspark's GMs are workinng hard and closer to players. I've heard u've got investment from chinese, I hope u'll go well international.
