The short answer is that nobody truly knows. If anyone were to know it would be the developers.

<span style="font-size: 7.5pt; font-family: Verdana">Well I am not a GM but you have to work out enough of the bugs so it is stable enough not to have crashes every five mins, If they would just open it up for then everyone would be complaining that the game crashed and they just lost 2 levels and the cool new items that they just acquired. So let’s see*CB has been going for 6 weeks... My wild guess would be Sept 20th before the game hits Open Beta...*Idea! we should all take a guess to see who gets closest...</span>

I say September 16th is when open beta will open. (or some time around there :D)
