Noob question Help pls!

Hello, its just my first time playing this game and i find it to be a lot of fun. the only thing i'm having a problem with is that when im in a party i cant get any loot!! Is there an autoloot function or command is this game???

press alt to pick up all items nearby one by one

If you're an Acolyte or Apprentice, ask the party leader to turn on the option to divide items randomly. This way you have a chance to get some items. :D But if you're a Squire or Neophyte (or Xenian), just try to get the items as soon as they drop. xP (hold the Alt key when the monster die to pick the items it dropped)

If its not on random then demand it. If its on random and you pick it up chances are you won't get the item.
