I'm interested in buying it but wanted to know how much your selling it for?? Some reason when i try to obtain the skill even if i have enough fame for it, it'll keep saying i dont have enough money even though i do. Is it a skill that fighter class cant learn? Anyone know the answer to that please let me know.

He is speaking of the Vitality tier 3 scroll production skill. They are not sold by any NPCs and are very hard to find in-game currently.
