MISSION IMPOSSIBLE EVENT PROBLEMS

8/1 the mission impossible event, i showed my item to [Tutor]Madison and [GM]Kaalan, but i didnt get my +6 item upgrade and i tried to PM [GM]Kaalan twice he didnt reply me. so i tried to pm [GM]iceman he told me to PM Kaalan.. he still didnt answer me, i want to know why i didnt get it i was following the rules SOMEBODY HELP

Well....you were susposed to go to the fountain in reuomen at the time of the event....and if you did that you might have been missbehaving and not folloing the rules so they did not give your item back...
