If you are speaking of your game client crashing this is the wrong forum. You want the technical support forum.
I would also like to advise that you post as much information as possible. Examples are listed below.
CPU type and speed
Ram
Video card and driver version
DirectX version
sound card and driver version
Internet connection type and speed
Any errors that pop up when the game crashes.
I would also like to suggest that if you are using windows XP or Vista that you check your "Event Viewer" for any details that is listed from the same time that your client crashed.
