Hay...ChunsaxAngel.....are you sure that when you downloaded the game that you COMPLEATLY downloaded it...and were you a CB1 tester?

Yes....try re-downloading a fresh copy of the client...and then install it...but make sure you un-install the curent client you have now.....

I'm having the same exact problem, (I posted about it on another topic but then thought of the smart idea of searching other topics for simular problems) To my provale, no ones been able to thouroughly solve this problem.

I've tried re-dling it multiple times but to end up at the same problem. Now, one thing I do know though, is that if your running Vista (Like I am) you often times have to run the installer by right-clicking and "Run as administrator". However, I did this as well and the same thing happened. I've even tried re-dling the .exe file itself, thinking that might be the problem, but that hasn't solved the problem either.

My fiancee and I would really like to try this game though <.>
