Pure pow: Good idea or not?

I've been looking around at the faster lvling scouts about and it seems they have a tendency to be full pow. With their ability to hit harder and therefore kill faster and gain more exp faster, they just seem to be part of the faster lvling category. What do you think of this build?

Personally I don't like it much. Sure you attack more and lvl fast, but...you don't really get much else out of it. Scouts that have some men at least cast much faster than scouts without men. And any men and agi helps critical out so much, I've got 16 agi and 13 men, and I get 4-6 criticals in a row occasionally. Granted agi isn't a very good idea, at least having some men could help. It also seems the higher the lvl I am the more it helps. I like the measly amount of extra dodge I get from agi, because it helps out a lot when I really don't want to be hit while using Spiritual. Not much of a reason, but if you were me, you'd understand how annoying it is when it seems that every monster that I don't attack is aggro and attacks me anyway.

(I don't mean to stereotype that pure pow scouts all lvl faster, but based on what I've seen the general trend seems to be so)

i am planning to get 20 men in the future.btw..i got 6 now and also 12 agi

Yea ima get 20 men in future too.

Ive got 8 at the moment and i shoot faster then full pow scouts.

All you need is a good bow to keep your damage decent, in no way does full pow = fast leveling.

Any scout who is consistant with their training men or not will level quickly.

I think at least you should put 10 MEN, for fast skill attack.

You spend less mana pots with full pow build since you do more damage per mana.

no!!! pure pow is bad then ur hp is abd and u have to stay clsoe to low lvl monsters get sta and pow at least so u can go far and train u lvl up fats if u have pow and sta if u ahve no sta ull die and lose xp easily

Men isn't as bad as you say it is, Tekneeks.

I partied with a full pow scout, and my 13 men attacked in comparison to his no men like triplet eighth notes against normal double eighth notes, it was MUCH faster. After talking to Coldest, he came by to review how fast my 13 men casts against his 6 (I think it was 6), and he could see a difference without him even having to cast himself.

Talonmas--Yeah, that makes sense. I guess if you compare a full pow scout to a pow/men scout, same lvl, time played grinding, then the full pow SHOULD lvl faster (doing more damage and killing more) and use less pots, but the pow/men gets more crits and shoots faster.

Demonguy--I don't think sta is a good idea, all it does is increase overall hp. If you use your skills to your best as a scout (ankle binding so you don't get hit), then no matter what lvl the monster the scout won't get hit much. I can train in Edine (definately not worth it, takes too much time) because I can use ankle binding to slow down the monster and not take those 100+ damage hits. @_@
