Storage Problem at the Hotel!

HELP! My friend has messed something up, and is at like.... level 12 and can't store anything in the hotels because he's missing the baggage claim tag I think! What does he do!?:eek:

there could be 2 problems .........
one : he made ur storage system full
two : he did the hotel quest so press alt Q and if u see a quest that u not familiar with delete then it should work
