I went through the Echo cave to pick up some copper ores, but then I saw the quest symbol on the map from this miner. So I went to see him. I believe he is ththe one in the Sea of Greed, where I was headed. I went this way and picked up the quest to deliver two pickaxes to another miner. But he said the other miner was in the Sea of Greed. I clicked on this miner to go to the Sea of Greed but he didn't let me pass through. I don't know what level this quest is for. On another note if I was going to deliver something I should have received it from the miner who gave me the quest. The one who gave me the quest is Roumen Miner Palmers. I checked the map afterward to see Miner DolTurn on the map but it said he had no quest for me.
