Error as I login

Hey i cant find any listing of this error anywhere. As I click login it takes me to the next screen and these two errors come up.

"ItemInfo.shn InitError"

after clicking ok the second one says

"Game Data Initialize Fail!"

Please help...

Never seen this before, I suspect a corrupted download =\

Try to re-install it, does that help?
