Let's all take a review.
This is what you do when you can't log in/a server's done/ x trap problem/problem with gameplay.
What to do:
PM a GM (game mod)
PM an Admin
Clearly state your problem
Take screenshots
Refer to Serric's manual (http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45593)
What not to do:
Post multiple threads that drive people insane
Use L337 speak s0 n0 0n3 Und3rst4ndz joo
Become so frustrated that you speak in all caps so no one wants to help you.
Become so annoying about it that everyone ignores you.
Procedure if you have a problem
Take a screen shot of the problem. (Press the PrtSc button in top right of keyboard)
PM pics and explanation of problem to GM or Admin.
Wait for response, don't keep sending them PM's every 5 mins asking "is it done yet?"
That concludes my thread. I hope all you people with problems take this to heart.
