How can I get a job worrking for Outspark?

This message is for any or all CSR's and GM's. I was thinking and wondering, what would I have to do to get a job working with Outspark. Either as a CSR or a GM. I do not want the title, I just want a job. I already play the game a lot, and but the premium items quite often. So if I can get an answer or an explantation on what it takes, or what I need to do, that would be great. I play under gamertags: MageMasterLance, and _RZA_. I really enjoy Fiesta and would like it if i can assist the team in any way. Just so you all know I'm not some little kid, and I'm not a teenager. I would just really like to be able to do something in-game and also make money while doing so.

I have a degree in computer information systems programming, a degree in application software, and technical support experience, and even I fall well short of their high standards.

... which is a good thing, because they all really need to know their stuff.
