$ spammers

Hi. Id just like to ask how we( the players) arnt allowd to use 3rd party programs etc...but these website people can spam the hell out of us non stop in whispers as we run by these random spots????
Its on thing to have it in shouts or general chat...(even if its 50 shouts in 10 seconds that sends everything u need right out of reach in your chat window) but when your in convos with people and this annoying spam comes thru in your whisper window....its just finger clenching frustration.

If we wanted to buy in game money with real money we'd go look for it. add it to outspark store or something... is Fiesta make'n money off these websites? is this why your allowing all this annoying spam? :confused:

Im quite sure im not the only one that feels this way....

just my 2c...( and no i didnt buy it for a buck!)


Give them a spam channel or something....time delay between shouts?

Better suggestion:

Make more GM's
Have them go to Roumen
Ban every person selling gold
Repeat every day
Problem Solved!

There is already a GM permenatly working on banning all of these spammers.

They are getting banned as fast as they find them.

You can also jsut block them.

These sites are all scams- you'll never actually get any SC from them, and you'll find your credit card drained.

Going there will result in a permenant ban.

They do have admins are out there dealing with the spammers everyday, its just that many turn a blind eye to it. And that the spammers keep creating new accounts so quickly that when one is taken down another takes its place. They are working on a perm solution, give them your patience.

I have to block like 20 people everytime i go to Roumen or Elderine. Taht's all i can do by now. Also report them. XD

This is an issue that takes a high priority with outspark. The spammers are not only annoying and detract from your gameplay, but are potentially harmful to you outside of the game. They are trying, and have been experimenting with some things, but it will take time. :(

The problem is we catch 10, 20 more show up. :mad: It's a nasty game but OS is definately working on it...

No, I meant 'we' - but the 'we' I mean was all of us. Many players find and report these spammers... in a way, catching them. It is the staff that deals the blow, yes, but the entire community that gives into the hunt :D
