im new to the game and everytime i logg in it wont let me says error and im 110 percent sure my passwords is correct so whats going on

Yeah im getting the same error..Its saying either my user or pass is wrong or im not a beta tester...And im 100% sure my pass and user*is correct. And i am new to the game Aslo.
