well im a lvl 37 fighter and i can never find a green anything i was wondering if there are good monsters to kill or places to go for good greens or any greens at all.plz help me out T^T

As far as I know greens are fairly random. Grind enough and I'm sure you'll find one eventually :)

I've found 2 greens.. and they've both been for a diffrent class than I am.. :'(

wait till your 40+ and start killing harkans..that is where most of my greens came from...in one day of 16 hours of playing i found 6 green weapons and more than 20 green armors (not very good items but they were green lol)
