If you have not yet been invited to play the closed beta version of the game please read the sticky located at the top of this forum.
If you are a new beta player the best way to learn is to play the game; What I mean is that you should talk to all of the NPCs, do all of the quests, and ask questions in-game. I and many other players will always take time to answer questions for a confused new player.
