Disconnect while shop open

I can stand afk for as long as i want and i dont seem to get disconnected but when i open a shop i disconnect after 15min or less. So its kinda getting hard to sell stuff when i have to be there every 15min to relog in and resetup the shop. Anyone know how to fix this ?

I'm having the same problem. I can play for hours without getting disconnected but once I open my store I'll get disconnected within minutes. It has been like this since one week I think. Does this also happen because of Xtrap?
