When I was enchanting my weapon putting the perfect red and blue eye, i was able to enchant till [+7] and after which when i was about to enchant to the next level, it begin and broke. and the server disconnected and my weapon was lost. I spent not only spark cash as well as most of my sliver. I would like to have a compensation to this situation. and fix that such cases will not happen.

When your weapon breaks, you lose your weapon. This doesn't really have anything to do with your getting disconnected, when the weapon breaks it's gone forever. I don't know how Perfect Red or Blue work, so you may want to look into that, but it wasn't because of any disconnection.

It may be true that Perfect Red or Blue keeps your weapon from breaking during enhancement, it may be true that they force perfection every time. It may also be true that they can only be used for certain weapon levels or be used a certain number of times.

It's also possible that they're not perfect at all.

it may be because u missed when placing red eye into its slot
then you began enhancing without the red eye
and so your weapon broke forever because the red eye wasnt registered :D
the disconnect may have added to the confusion

You lose the weapon if you fail the enhance, it's not a glitch.

Yes but sometimes when you fail you lose the stone and not the weapon. If you really want a high-level weapon all I can say is keep trying.
