Why GM ignores me

Hello I have posted in the forums a couple times and people sometimes tell me,"You'd do better contacting the GM directly." Well I try that and the GM always ignores me. I've contacted rider and drekard both and gotten no response. I was just wondering if the GM's are just incredibly busy or just rude, do they actually help anyone other than high lvl people. Cuz honestly I'm gettin a bad opinion of them. I know they don't have to be my friend but they don't have to ignore me either.

the GM's are very busy and can't be expected to reply instantly (or even within a week to that matter)

One your best way to contact a gm is pm them in the forums which rider or sumtimes break is your best bet but as for drekard he is a in game gm char I dont think he really runs anything in the game and as for questions your better asking rider and even then you have to think they are gettin pm'ed, messaged and getting asked questions about all day everyday and they only work at certain times during the day it might take a hour or a day for them to get to you. You are just goin to have to wait

Yes, the GMs are incredibly busy!! they have many issue they are constantly trying to solve, adding new content, tweaking bugs, generally trying to make the game a better place to be. All i can suggest is patience! they receive countless pms off many players, and whatever issue has been brought up, has to be checked out and if possible rectified, on top of everything else they have to do, GMs do not have enough hours in the day to reply to each and every message they receive, as it comes in, and try to fix every problem. So, like i already said, just be patient

I will answer this as not to be up the GM's butt. If your trying to talk to them in game and they don't know your name don't waste your time because they won't bother to help you.
I suggest PMing the CSR because he will get back to you. Its his job. Your higher level suggestion is accurate. Unless your a high level who actually sits and kisses their butts and talks to them they could care less about you. At least thats the impression I get EVERY time.

love you dylan >.< but i dont agree =/, im far from any high lvl and ive had gm's respond to me.Ive talked with rider and murdock before..idk guess people need t o be in there shoes to understand..this coming from someone who was a gm before. Minute people know your on..ur screen is cluttered with whispers you loose alot of them because most chat windows only go back so far.. and not to mention when your on.. your usually on for a reason an event,announce something etc.etc.. and its hard enough to go thru and answer every serious question...and weed out the bull crap on top of trying to run whatever ur doing.

As the forums are concerned it is the same way people need to be patient and also undertand gm's answer to people above them.. they are told what to do.. so pointing fingers at them about events and anything else should be conidered before being done. I know this won't change anyone Opinion at all but.. i hope people can be more understanding.

Okay, once again.. TT.TT;; Lemme clarify one thing, ALL GM'S have their own share of work and they're ALL VERY VERY SUPAAAAAAA DUPAAAAAA BUSSSSSYYYY.. it's not that they DONT attend to your please/pm's/help etc, they have ALOT up their sleeves.

New patches, new bug reports, tweaking scripts and TONS OF MEETINGS with the upper guys and trust me, its not something you'd wanna experience if you cant take STRESS and PATIENCE 8DDD;;;; *coff*

Okay.. anyther thing is, don't think they DONT respond to you, do you know we all get around 60 - 200 PM's a daY?? If we get at LEAST 50 and below, we'd be thanking our lucky stars.. TT.TT;;; Thats how busy things are for us CL's and GM's......... ESPECIALLY the GM's.

Rider, may be in-game ALOT, but he's the GM in-charge of the events in-game and he is WORKING, not lingering around in-game just to park hit bum there and sit down and chat like a regular player. Its HIS JOB. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEAAAASSSEEEEEEE be conciderate and think on their side nee??? ;______________________; And, they DONT ignore you... they NEVER will...

Do you know that the moment Rider or Murdock come online, they get SPAMMED with more than 30 PM's at ONCE, and more and more keep coming and it's NOT easy for them to keep track, YET, when they are free, they come around and sit with regular players and listen and chat with you guys and have fun.

Maybe some of you think you're being ignored, but don't thank that way nee?? *hug*hug* We all at OutSpark LOVE YOU GUYS and appreciate EVERYTHING you're doing like telling us errors and helping us making the community better nya~ <33 Also, if lets say the GM's dont respond to you, its either they're AFK(meeting) or busy working.. or answering queries and other pm's. Try to ask or talk to them AGAIN, but don't have hard feelings.

The GM's will always respond to you guys no matter what. Just give them some time, ESPECIALLY in PM's.. cuz they have alot to handle.. and well... i think they'd appreciate some understanding from everyone.... nee? *_________*
