- Killing a monster 30 levels or higher than your current level will only give you 1 exp. This is not final and has room for discussion.
I wanted know, does this mean suppose I'm grinding in CP and then a lvl 10 or 20 player comes along and KS my near-to-be-slaughtered Coll, will that player only receive 1xp? Because if that what it means, I will not only give you a superb applause, but I will personnally give you name drop you guys as the coolest GMs ever. Seriously.
Oh yeah, I also know its not final but if it ever becomes so...mwhahahahaha....

Yep, that's exactly what it means.

Not only does it mean that those ksers will only get 1 exp, it also means that powerleveling of someone substantially lower will be next to impossible....AND it will attempt to keep people to monsters that are the right level to fight. That means those under 30 gain nothing by being in Uru as the lowest level monsters there are the Archon Junior and Pixy at level 60.

T_T <-----dont worry, those are the tears of joy. This has got to be the best piece of developer's news in fiesta I've ever heard. I'm still crying, lol

This will be a great feature.
This will definatly solve the problem of all the complaints by people when lower levels go to a place, KS, train, party beg constantly.
Much better solution than locking gates.
I fully support this idea and hope it will be a final decision.

That's the best? Well, i personally think that thought of having prices of skils lowered by atleast half is AWESOME!! Exp in the battlegrounds increase (which brings an actual reason of going there). Also, double HP + Sp stones? I thought it was too good to be true, i'm quite amazed, i hope this is a final decision, it'll make people want to play!

This basically means that powerleveling becomes harder to do :P. Like I know for fun I take a noob along with me to stonies and power level them haha oops guess I can't do that for fun anymore.

I think the changes they listed, not just this one, will be good for Fiesta.

lol thats could be so abused... mean someone with more than 1 computer could pt his own nub lvl 1 and use it as exp boost forever so this is bad bad idea

o.o uh, what? I think you aren't understanding what they're doing...
Lets say I'm level 40 and I've got a lvl 5 or whatever in my party. I get whatever I get from what I'm killing, but the noob only gets 1 exp. I don't get any more experience, the noob just gets less.

But there is a well known exploit where you can party someone under level 20 (I think the boost ends around level 17) and gain MORE exp by having them in party. Try it....you'll see. What he's saying is that with the lower level character receiving only 1 exp, you can keep them in party nearly indefinitely for that exp boost.

nah its u that dont understand... currently when u pt low lvl they boost ur exp... they give u more than u would actually have in solo mean that if the nub only get 1 exp... now he can be ur exp boost forever cause now actually nub stop giving u exp boost after 25 about
