I got chosen for beta testing, dowloaded the game, installed it. Now when I click outspark launcher, it gives me this message:
*This application has requested the runtime to terminate in unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more question.

holystalwart, thanks for the sleuth work!
can you guys post a little more information about your current setups:
-What version of windows are you using?
-When did you last download and install the game?
-Has it ever worked?

@ Elyon - did trying holystalwart's method to start the game work for you?

@ holystalwart -
<div class="content" style="clear: both">
Make sure the game is not set to run in compatibility mode. This issue
seems to affect Vista users, but we have seen it on XP as well.
Right click the Outspark Launcher&gt;Properties&gt;Compatibility...make sure it is Off.
Please let us know what happens.

@ Kazuto and Kodoku,
Could you post your issue in this thread ("/node/4627") along with the requested system information? We'll help you to troubleshoot the issues.

@ mikeeydo,
Could you post some system info? Always helpful to check this when troubleshooting:
Please run DxDiag (Start&gt;Run&gt;dxdiag&gt;OK...check System, Display and Sound tabs for:
Operating System (Exact version, also is it an English Language version or something else?)
Processor
Memory
Page File
DirectX version (needs to be 9.0c!)
Display Device Name
Approx. Total Memory
Display Device Driver Version (ex: 6.14.xxxx.xxxx)
Sound Device Name
Sound Device Driver Version (ex: 5.10.xxxx.xxxx)
Check the Windows Event Viewer too, it may give a clue to what is causing Fiesta to fail to start: Right click My Computer&gt;Manage&gt;expand Event Viewer&gt;open Applications...see if there are any Outspark or Fiesta warnings or errors, right click them and get Properties. There may be some information about what is making it stall.
Also, some standard advice - make _sure_ that no other applications are running in the background of Windows when you try to run the game, in the unlikley event that something on your system is conflicting with it. CTRL-ALT-DEL to view Task Manager, check Applications tab, End Taks on anything you see.

ok . . . . i ended all tasks.* still no dice.
in the event veiwer i saw nothing about Outspark or Fiesta under &quot;source&quot;,
But I did see a TON! of listings for &quot;MsiInstaller&quot;
I don't what that is or if it has anything to do with my problem, they're spread out through the day happening about 10x an hour under the types &quot;information&quot; &quot;error&quot; and &quot;warning&quot;
anyway, for the system info -
xp professional 5.1 build 2600
english
Dx 9.0c
Processor = Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00 Ghz (2 CPUs)
1016 MB RAM
page file= 401MB used, 2040 MB available
Display Device = Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
Approx. Total memory = N/A*****
Disp. Dev. Driver = 6.14.0010.3971
sond name = SB X-fi Audio [E000] ver. 5.12.0001.1143
&#160;
also as I'm taking this info down I see that under DirectDraw Acceleration, Direct3D Acceleration and AGP Acceleration it says &quot;Not Available&quot; does that mean anything? I test direct draw and it turns out fine.
thanks for your help, i hope i can figure it out cause this looks like a pretty cool game.
